【商品について】

◎出来るだけ実物に近い画像を掲載しておりますが、画質や光の加減等で、色味や素材感が画像と異なるように感じることがあります

◎丁寧な作品作りに努めておりますが、ハンドメイド品の為、既製品のものより耐性が低くなっております。強い衝撃を与えると破損する恐れがありますのでご注意ください。また汗や急激な環境の変化が原因で変形や変色などの恐れがございます。付けっぱなしにはせず使用しない場合は軽く拭き取り、直射日光が当たらない型崩れしないような安定した場所で保管して下さい。また付属品のクロスで強く擦りすぎると、コーティングが剥がれてしまう恐れがありますので、優しく拭きってください。

◎強度を上げる為、レジンで部分的に接着、固めている箇所がございます。なかにはあえてややはみだして固定させている物もございます。またレジンを多く使用する部位は目立たない程度ですが微量小さい気泡が残ることがございます。ご理解の程ご購入をお願い致します。

◎海外セレクトパーツや天然物には、小傷や歪み、スレ、バリ、などがある場合がございます。特に天然物やストーン類は型や大きさや模様、見え方にばらつきがある場合がございます。出来る限り左右対称になるよう近いデザインのもので制作させていただきますが、1つ1つ異なる個性として楽しんでいただけたらと思います。



【アレルギーについて】

アレルギーには個人差がございます。アレルギー対応のコーティング(スウェットバリア)を使用し全ての部分にコーティングを実施しておりますが、アレルギーの強弱やアクセサリーの使用頻度、お手入れ内容によっては、すべての方の症状が全く出なくなるという保証はございませんので、あらかじめご了承ください。色落ち、サビ予防のコーティングも扱い方次第では効果が薄くなってくる可能性もございますので、丁寧なお取り扱いをお願い致します。



【金具変更について】

◎イヤリング、樹脂(ピアス、イヤリング)金具に変更ご希望の場合は、忘れずに商品ページより金具選択をお願い致します
万が一変更を誤ってしまった場合、決済後の金額は変えられない為、DMやメールにて3日以内に直接ご連絡をして下さい。2日経過してもこちらからのお返事が無い場合は、お手数ですが再度ご連絡下さい

◎イヤリング変更の場合、金具の都合上一部の接続部分のデザインが異なることがございますが(丸カンが１つ増えるなど)、メインパーツやデザインが変わることはございませんのでご安心ください



【発送について】

◎発送期間は目安です
天候や子供の体調不良等で期間が延びてしまう場合もございますので、余裕を持ったご購入をお願い致します。
その場合は大変申し訳ありませんがこちらからご連絡させていただきます。納期よりも早く発送が出来る場合は順次発送させていただきます

◎ご住所の登録不備やお客様のご都合で一度こちらに戻ってきた商品は初めから再発送手続き、再配達が必要になります。
その場合は再送料金(300円)をお支払いしていただく形となります為、ご注文の際は改めてご住所の不備や抜け、メールアドレスの間違いが無いかなどのご確認をお願い致します。



【返品・交換について】

◎当店では検品や強度の確認をしてから発送させていただいておりますが、万が一ご到着時の破損や問題などございましたら、到着後3日以内にお写真を添付していただいた上でお問い合わせください。明らかに配送中ではない割れ方や、金具の曲がりなどの破損は受付致しません。またお客様都合での返品や返金、キャンセルにおきましては、発送前後においてご対応出来ません。またご使用後の返品も不可となります。その他事故やアクシデント、アレルギーなどその他の責任は負いません。

We are an accessory shop that mainly sells original handmade accessories and select items.

【About the product】

◎ Although we post images that are as close to the actual product as possible, the color and texture may appear different from the image due to image quality and lighting conditions.

◎ Although we strive to create our products carefully, they are handmade and therefore less resistant than pre-made products. Please note that strong impacts may cause damage. There is also a risk of deformation or discoloration due to sweat or sudden changes in the environment. Do not leave them on, but wipe them lightly when not in use and store them in a stable place away from direct sunlight where they will not lose their shape. Also, if you rub them too hard with the included cloth, the coating may peel off, so please wipe them gently.

◎ To increase strength, some parts are partially glued and hardened with resin. Some parts are intentionally fixed slightly beyond the surface. In addition, in areas where a lot of resin is used, small air bubbles may remain, although they are not noticeable. Please understand this before purchasing.

◎ Overseas selected parts and natural products may have small scratches, distortions, scratches, burrs, etc. In particular, natural products and stones may vary in shape, size, pattern, and appearance. We will try to create designs that are as close to symmetrical as possible, but we hope you will enjoy each piece as its own unique feature.


【About allergies】

◎If you have allergies, please be sure to write "I have allergies" in the comments section.

Allergies vary from person to person. We use an allergy-friendly coating (sweat barrier) on all parts, but please note that we cannot guarantee that symptoms will completely disappear for all people depending on the severity of the allergy, how often the accessory is used, and how it is cared for. Please handle with care as the effectiveness of the coating to prevent color fading and rust may weaken depending on how it is handled.


【About changing the hardware】

◎If you would like to change to earrings or resin (pierced earrings) hardware, please remember to select the hardware from the product page → After deciding on the type of hardware, please purchase the number of items you wish to purchase together.

Example) Purchase 2 earrings → Purchase 2 earring hardware for 150 yen each

If you are purchasing stainless steel post earrings, you do not need to select it. Please purchase the product only.

If you make a mistake in the change, please contact us directly within 2 days by DM or email, as the amount cannot be changed after payment. Also, if your purchase is missing, we will contact you by email to confirm.

◎When changing earrings, the design of some connection parts may differ due to the hardware (e.g., one more jump ring), but please rest assured that the main parts and design will not change.


【About shipping】

◎The shipping period is an estimate.
The period may be extended due to weather or poor health of children, so please make your purchase with plenty of time.
In that case, we apologize for the inconvenience, but we will contact you. If we can ship earlier than the delivery date, we will ship it in order.

◎If the product is returned to us due to an incomplete address registration or customer's convenience, we will need to re-ship and redeliver it from the beginning.
In that case, you may be required to pay a re-shipping fee of 500 yen, so when ordering, please check again for any incomplete or missing addresses, or mistakes in your email address.

◎Please note that customs duties may be charged depending on the weight and size.


【About returns and exchanges】

◎We inspect and check the strength of all items before shipping, but if there is any damage or problem upon arrival, please contact us within 3 days of arrival with a photo attached. We will not accept damage such as breakage that was obviously not caused during shipping or bending of metal fittings. In addition, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or cancellations for reasons of the customer's convenience, whether before or after shipping. Returns are also not possible after use. We are not responsible for any other accidents, accidents, allergies, etc.
